It is likely to be TV series. Which I don't like since it means toning down of dark story and not as lush budget as compared to movies ala KnK. I was hoping it will be OAD/OVA release for production quality sake.
One can dream.

The author, Gen Urobochi mentioned that the novel is "enough for one season" when he was asked what format the story will be. Usually that means TV, not OVA/OAD. Full announcement will be in May issue of TYPEMOON Ace.
Hence I based my speculation that it is most likely a TV series, not movies or OAD/OVAs.

Same here but I am interested to see how ufotable going to interpret this story. After their stellar work on KnK, my TYPEMOON fanboyism is toyed with possibilities of what they can pull off with Fate Zero.

Fate Zero has one scene where Servant Caster playing organ that he fashioned out of a school girl's guts while the poor girl is still alive and screaming in pain, much to Caster's delight.
I wonder how this scene will transfer to TV if the rumors are true.

QUOTE(air @ May 16 2012, 10:16 AM) Just wonder, does stinger missile has enough payload to destroy entire passenger plane?(3KG HE) From what I know, the most realistic scenario is the man portable SAM hits the engine pod of the plane, setting it on fire since it has big heat signature. Then the plane will go down semi intact with one burning engine on the right. The impact will do the rest for the destruction of the vehicle and subsequent explosion. The anime shows that missile slammed into the fuselage, which lead to a massive gaping hole that results in decompression which will disintegrate the plane mid-air but not in dramatic fireball fashion like the anime. The plane will break up in mid air and pieces fall to earth, some will explode on impact with ground. This is just my opinion though.
