What are the healing spells you guys use most of the time? I just started back recently and the healing rotation are different from what i'm used to in Burning Crusade

I've browsed through Shammy forums and they kept saying UE Healing Wave or UE GHW. Mind telling me what is UE?

Also, mana spring or healing spring totem better? Even in situations only the tank is taking damage and assuming my mana spring is for myself only, no need care about other team mate mana?

My enha gears are pretty ok but my resto gears just suck lol
