i kena i kena
penalty rm2k++  and extra tax rm5k++all 7k++ must pay why so high? yes i made some mistake during the submission.... but the extra ... i have receive a refund earlier rm5k like that but the new calculation seems they never deduct some claims too like housing loan interest and pc rebate anyone else kena? |

penaly is under 113 (2) can appeal? meaning appeal can reduce penalty? |

mine high leh
income about rm140k taxable income is rm120+k tax must pay about rm19k++ |

after going thru the letter by lhdn, looks like they have not given me a rebate for the housing loan of almost rm7k interest
i wonder why since all proof was given to them |
