why it says android for phone but still using honeycomb.?..

Moto use that red line statement up there to criticise SGT, saying it uses Android design for phone, not tablet.

Honeycomb is the next update for Android OS.

Cupcake, Donut, Eclair, Froyo, Gingerbread, Honeycomb......... Next is Ice-cream (my prediction, hahahah)

gingerbread just release not so long ago and many phone still hvn't support it..
wonder how long we hv to wait for the honeycomb to release to us

Honeycomb is the Android design for tablet PC, I'm not sure whether it is compatible with phone to use. As of now, gingerbread is the most current version for phone use.

Honeycomb will be updated for all tablets.. but the confusing pars is, many Android phones are tablets or not. Such as Dell Streak.. Its still a phone right? but some claims its a tablet d.. haha.. So do we get to use Honeycomb..

but some rumors mentioned its android 2.4 ??

Next year, we will know, for sure....

But even if it can be port to current android tablet such as SGT, Dell Streak, etc..., the experience will not be good, coz I heard this Moto tablet running honeycomb is using dual core chipset. That is what it is all about honeycomb, support for dual-core..

Honeycomb will be 3.0, and it will support phones

if got 1280x800 + 7 " then i sell my tab

LG also coming out with dual-core Android phone soon..

we are all talking about dual core tablet..
as for now only Notion Ink Adam is a Dual Core tablet (tegra2) that use custom Eden UI claim to have Gingerbread + Honeycomb features..
and its already on pre-order, due shipping when its officially launched in CES2011 in January 2011

i think google will release it for tablet 1st .. after that they will port it to mobile phone near future .. the honeycomb replica isn't send to google HQ yet .. so CES motorola honeycomb tablet just official announce only

maybe google will announce honeycomb for mobile phone in MWC(mobile world conference) in February
