guys, i browsed through tracks, i couldnt find Nürburgring Nordschleife track.. jz started playing today though..

do i have to unlock it?

coz im seeing GP only.

im talking abt the nur in PSP, i love that track so much all my cars in PSP are doing time attack for that track.

anyone here using normal streamyx line to race? hows the experience?

i havent tried yet, hope to see at least a mediocre feedback, before i will be forced to change to unifi (if it is any better)

DFGT could be my logical option here as G27 is way too expensive..

although i wanna ask, is the clutch fully functional in GT5?

i see, well as long as the button isnt affecting the gameplay, shud be good gua..

those who use g25/27, is the clutch feels real/life-like?

and also, DFGT, i see from pics only, the shifter is at the right side, is it swappable? feels nicer if its on the left side as thats our everyday thing.

Top Gear event - intermediate ..using Lotus Exige that one...

how to even win it -.- its super crazy, i always play with all Assist: OFF, and this car seems to be so hard to control...i also tried playing the default Traction:5 ABS:1.. also failed to win.. then i went crazy doing Traction:6 ABS:6

also failed -.-.. can anyone share how u guys win it? im using DS3 btw

i did bro @.@.. jz that which amount is fine? max traction max abs? the car is going too slow if all maxed.. only these 2 i can change, unless active steering also play a big part...

i got bronze on that event ONCE only, got lucky bumping the 6th guy so i finished 5th. and i got this with all assist OFF, means drifting all the way and slowly kiss front cars to slow down mine haha..

VW bus i already gold after a few tries, haha.. funny race.

thats why i die die want to gold the next one.


like u, u like to always test ur ride at top gear track right? i used to love the track too..but ever since i hardcore played PSP GT, my test track for all my cars is all at nurburgring..i love to stack time attack of various cars xD

yea... nur.. the green hell.. my favourite track of all...most challenging.

150+ corners if im not mistaken?

i memorize the track already after thousands of laps with many kinds of cars.

what i usually do is, get time attack and then compare myself with http://www.fastestlaps.com/tracks/nordschleife.html

its very addicted haha.. this is my 2nd day playing GT5, im currently at lvl 17 and i still havent even touch A-Spec yet haha..jz collect money thru seasonal event n got about 600k and spent on buying stock cars which i love >.<

to memorize, u can use the kerbs, trees and signage.. n since im new to GT5 im glad that they will show the names of every sectors/corners..u can use that to memorize also ^^..

prob that i have now is, tires.. 2 laps is fine, but anywhere beyond that, my grip sucks so bad, probably i brake too much.

in GT5, seasonal event AMG series, i only managed to get gold on the 1st event, the other 4 all silver only.. im just not good with that old benz =.=;;

after reading ur race progress...here's mine.

from 12/12 position.

1st corner - 11/12 (u got 2 i wonder how -.-)
2nd corner - 8/12
3rd corner - 7/12

last corner before lap 2 - 6/12

then the entire 2nd lap, i can only get to 5th coz the grip issue.. i once managed to get 4th, but last corner, the 5th guy got to me ..aih..

ill try ur method later tonite, and of course, late braking is such a gamble but proven effective!

at 1st lap, the last corner before 2nd lap started, i was already at 3rd place, with 1st and 2nd jz right in front of me, at 2nd corner, i got to 1st position and after that no nid kan chiong jz drive safe till finish line!

lol if like this i can gold all AMG series by using this 'cheat' setting xD~

me also ... since the track is long, i wasnt in the mood for grinding golds yet..

1 thing though...

that tuned SLS AMG '10....i 1st time drove it ..n its in GT5...all i can say is its a super super car man... driving experience is so great! the car is fast! nice handling too!

lol... commercial tourney mah... they do like this, GT5 becomes NFS already haha

its a stock SLS 10 right? only that u can play with all the settings under driving options.
