yes u can but the sebastian vettel challenge is very hard if u r using ds3.
but if u try harder, maybe u can. get all bronze is good enuf.

When reach level 35 on B-Spec can get X2010 4 free
no need to play Sebastien Vettel Challenge unclock on level 30
but still need play it if want to unlock trophies

“AGS Special Circuit Competition” online event – Giveaway of Gift Car for a limited time only !

Kicking off at 21:00 on Friday, January 28, in celebrating the Chinese New Year together with the release of “Gran Turismo 5 Collector's Pack 2nd Edition”, we will be holding an online event giving away a Gift Car (Jaguar XJ13 Chrome Line) for a limited time only.
Participants will be racing on a course made by the Gran Turismo series producer, Kazunori Yamauchi, on stage at the Asia Game Show 2010 held in Hong Kong on December 25, 2010. Participants will race in Time Trials with car type “Nissan GT-R V spec '09”.

All users who have purchased “Gran Turismo 5” can join the event via［GT Mode］→［GT Life］→［Seasonal Events］(*1).
At the close of the event, a voucher code will be delivered to the e-mail address registered with the PlayStation®Network sign-in ID which participants used to join the event(*2). Redeem this code at PlayStation®Store to download your Gift Car.
