The 2010 cars, as with the 2009 cars are subjected to a massive redesign as FIA was desperate to level the playing field and cut down cost. As of which the result is the cars have higher rear wings and no more small aero "bits". In theory (and in real life) the F2007 is faster than the F10 due to better aero designs
Not to mention in addition, the F2007 was a championship winning car? Kimi's WDC car.
