loeb challenge tarmac and snow very ez to gold actually.gravel/dirt need few tries to learn the track.im using ds3 and off everything except abs1.

im actually thinking to get a wheel.cornering with ds3 dah xde feel.

using 6axis lagi la xde feel.

using streamyx?.best way i find is reset modem/ip until can connect

its a streamyx thing.not only gt5 does this problem occur.mgo,re5,deadnation,lbp or any other mp games that you connect to local host will have this problem.

been doing reset modem since 2 years ago with mgo and latest is gt5.

it doesnt matter if the host have 4,2,1 or 512 connection.

dont know about unifi tho.

gold the event after 7 tries and using ds3.useTC7 and skid on(didnt remember if on or not).what i did is overtake 2 cars at 1st corner from inside(very important),2nd and 3rd corner from outside go inside.at long straight entering last corner for the lap you need to time braking with drifting into it.you'll be at 3rd position when going into 2nd lap.

2nd lap halfway through i already on 1st place.

late braking is the key but pain in the arse at same time.

after reading ur race progress...here's mine.

from 12/12 position.

1st corner - 11/12 (u got 2 i wonder how -.-)
2nd corner - 8/12
3rd corner - 7/12

last corner before lap 2 - 6/12

then the entire 2nd lap, i can only get to 5th coz the grip issue.. i once managed to get 4th, but last corner, the 5th guy got to me ..aih..

ill try ur method later tonite, and of course, late braking is such a gamble but proven effective!

my abs always on default except doing nascar event or races on oval track i'll off them.

tc7 help alot when using ds3 driving small heavy car with alot of torque.

i actually didnt remember if skid on or not

i was reading GTplanet forum for tips and such until i came across a thread saying "how to gold S.Vettel challenge with instruction video".

with TS introduction and such saying he's using ds3/controller to gold all test and event from old gt until gt5.

with all that said,he hit the wall with S.Vettel challenge.
what he did is go buy DFGT wheel,gold the challenge and return the wheel after 4 days for refunds.



the best phrase is "impossible to gold the challenge without a wheel"

overall the guy pretty much a pro gamer since only have the wheel for 4 days

any car with 200hp below i just use sport soft for the new seasonal event

no need to waste racing tires on them

bspec endurance=low money reward but good exp

just finish my bspec 24hr le mans.total night time was 7hours only 2++mil exp.pretty much need like 5-6 of 24hr le mans from lv35 to lv40 bspec.

best car would be any JGTC that have more hp than the AI.

the event aren't that hard to gold.just need racing soft tires overall

its normal since AI in game suck

you should see FGT championship at monza track when the rain stop.i laugh hard seeing every AI including my bob taking corner like crazy and overshoot corners they all using racing intermediate when the road still heavily wet.

my main bob lv36 speed and strength already starting to deteriorate.

starting every new race with his strength not full.if looking at his stat,speed and strength were not in full green bar anymore.got some lines in the bar.

full track list

look at bob experience bar(the white bar)get it to full.from 0 to full,the bar need a total of 500 races.

when the bar reach 80%,your driver speed and strength bar will start to deteriorate.

if want to grind bob exp white bar just do any race that has less lap.best is at beginner lvl

the bar fill up for every finish race.doing long race is a waste of time.

give him fast car and pace up all the way
