Poses danger. Later kena ragut time jalan2..kesian baby tu. But it's still a nice idea.

Anyway, I don't think he'd know the difference..After all, you'll be buying him toys for the rest of his baby years. brows.gif

But opening an account for him can be a good investment.

or buy a pictorial book and read to him every night, can be you or husband, take turns or both. Babies loves to hear their doting parents voice.
PS this bonding improves their mental growth also.

Educational toys: get some recommendation when visits the toy shop that specialize in infants n toddlers. Lamaze, fisher price, itech. Let her start identifying colous, shapes, etc.

Pictorial books with big wording can be good as well. She might not listen to u at first, but try to be patient and he will listen in no time when u keep reading it to him. Same goes with my daughter. When she was around 4-5mths, my wife started to tell her stories, by now she is 2plus, she starting to tell stories to her plush toys...

The best present that you can give as a Christmas present is being there for him/her during Christmas. Your presence will be significant than any other physical materials that you can give to your child.

buy a bracelet that have his name/date/sweet words engraved on it...
this will be a sweet memory for your family, especially for your son...
educational toy is also a good choice as your son's thinking skill is growing rapidly in this stage..
he is cute btw... smile.gif

I guess comfortable posture and position is also important for the bonding. Why read to your baby?

my baby must be from kampung, I've started reading to my baby since the first week, the moment shes able to control her hands she would grab the book and play with it, until today I cant finish a simple rhyme like hey diddle diddle without her grabbing the book and start flicking the page from front to back and back to front.

Actually, why must be Christmas to buy him presents? You already buy him presents all the time right? Every week and every month, even before he was born.
