QUOTE(bigbangformula @ Dec 20 2010, 01:37 PM) I never seem to like watching movies on the computer,it's not comfortable Rm299,that's not as expensive as I thought!I was thinking it was around RM400 or something,I might consider buying it Other than playing movies in HD 1080p,the WDTV also got other features right? play music, browse photo, and online content.

QUOTE(creative zn @ Dec 20 2010, 03:02 PM) TS tumpang thread. guys, what are the recommended media player? the cheapest one if possible. right now i aim for HDPRO R1055 @ RM199 from yangxi. is it good enough? Just need a player that able to play 1080p mkv. but 1 more thing, my LCD just HD ready, not full HD. does it make a big different if play the 1080p mkv file? or i loose much? i should buy full HD instead of HD ready. now you already have a HD lcd. just get a media player and test with some 720p and 1080p movies/video clips on your lcd. if you can't see the difference, then just stay with 720p HDTV. no need to waste money if 720p is good enough for you.

QUOTE(eMKs @ Dec 20 2010, 03:22 PM) You can rip your DVD collection to ISO format, media player can directly play the ISO file. if you're lazy to rip or convert to iso, get a dvd player/bd player.....or get Dune Max
