I think I need to improve more on low serve, backhand, drop shot. I always have the habit of running than lunge.

Supercourt got the 'professional' feel BUT I find that it is very distracting when the place is too congested. Can't really focus.

I'm planning to organize a session in Klang on the 15 or 16 Jan 2011 (Sat/Sun). Better plan earlier.

Aww maynnn, the shuttlecocks I think we try not to use too many aite. Because meh and dawgs ain't no playing at some tourney, so meh feel it is not necessary.

Last time we use max four(4) shuttlecocks for 2 hour session. Now is like 16 - 20 cocks. Wat yoh think? Because I see yoh guise change shuttlecocks like nobody business.

Our first session at Supercourt, a man with specs from BC, I think his smash is killer. But accuracy I think Morris is better.

3 courts - 24 players, and they are looking for permanent players (5 weeks).

I think I know why I am exhausted so easily because of my poor footwork. 1 step, 2 step, 1 step and jump. And I use forearm more than wrist (less strength to hit further).
