dear all sifu,
i'm being running at mornig ... without breakfast .....around 5km ..
then some stretching ans push up ...15 * 4 set , sit -up, pull up.
then after finish ...only i eat break fast ...
just want to know ....it is got any health affect doing exercise without breakfast ??
i'm standing 174cm with 73 kgs.
