Only time will tell or better still previous customers.
How about Onitek pricing and delivery?
There's comment saying Onitek installation
workmanship not good, so I really do not know.
I would go for reliance but waiting time is long and Onitek is attracting me with that new features...hmmm

Tot of checking on ofiano, but called to
the Puchong centre, service not so good.
Can't see any of the bi-fold products
which claimed to be good. Ended up with
Reliance instead, in homedec...

Too bad, I walked thru the hall but didn't
see their booth. Did see some others not
so well known brands...Quite keen on
their bi-fold door technology...just can't get
to see their actual product.

Just want to share my experience on Onitek....

Based on the review on Lowyat.net, I found their contact number and tried to call them since last week...

I am staying in OUG, based on the contact number listed in their website. I called the Puchong branch. The operator said that I called the wrong number.
Immediately I asked them, "Isn't this Onitek?" She replied yes, but they didn't supply bi-fold door in Puchong brach. Have to call "another no." without giving me the "another no." she hanged up the call.
Call back 2nd time to ask for the actual number.
They finally gave me the Taman Gembira branch number.

Called on Friday, Saturday a few times to the Tmn Gembira branch number. It is either no one picking up or it was engage.
(Business too good?)

Fine, tried to call again today. After a few times calling at 12noon, finally there is someone answered the call.
I told her that I am interested on the bi-fold door, how much does it cost.
She then answered in an official way by telling me depending on the size of the door.
Told her that I have an existing bi-fold door and would like to change to a new one. She explained she wasn't sure, as she wasn't involve in sales. Took down my number by telling me that the salesperson will give me a call.

3 minutes later, she returned the call and asked me to take down the salesperson's no.
As I was driving, then I told her why not ask the salesperson to call me or SMS me the salesperson's number.
She were paused for more than 30 second, and I even thought the were connection issue, have to hello hello...??
She then replied me in an entertained tone, said will SMS me...
Yet I still didn't received any sms from her. Nor any call from the salesperson.

I am so ready to pay them for a new door, why should I call them twice?
Why not the salesperson call me? Since he is taking commission for his service?

Had a very bad experience dealing with them.

Anyone care to share how much does a bi-fold door cost from them??
Is it both side also come with the printing? Or just one side?

I have called their Puchong office (from the website) and the lady told me that this was their store, no showroom. Hafta go near kuchai lama there. Called Kuchai Lama, say wanna see sample. She say no sample or showroom. I do not believe so I dropped by their office there. When I went there then I only understand.
-Onitek have no showroom in Klang Valley. shakehead.gif
-The office is a sales office full of sales people. nod.gif
-Onitek sell to installers who sells to end users like us. doh.gif
-So if you wanna see an onitek sample door, you have to go to their installers that have showroom. blink.gif
-I saw one of the installers display at Homedec (I think) WIT sumting.. (The door looks cheap)-maybe it was stuck to a filmsy plywood door thus not stable and it was non powder coated thus makes it feel very thin thus overall effect CHEAPO liao.. tongue.gif
