Hi, i saw this Odora Parkhomes townhouse project some weeks ago. They are selling RM399K for 1,800 s.f. Lower Unit and RM439K for Upper Unit. The show house looks very nice. I am wondering is there any investment value of townhouse?

hey, got a thread of odora. I am quite interested also as last week went to the show room. Although its a townhouse, but when I entered, it does not feel like one. Its like a double storey and the build-up has 1800sqft. I intend to place a booking on lower unit.

I do not mind leasehold or freehold as nowadays its quite common already.
Nice pics there. Never thought of townhouse build-up can reach up to 1800sqft for lower unit and 2200sqft for upper unit.
Newbie question, does build-up include car porch??????

If I'm not wrong, the upper unit is around 440k whereas the lower unit is 400k. Gated and guarded community. And I can see the "Jaga" is playing with his HP, hahahahahaha

Seen the showhouse twice, although upper unit looks nicer and design quite special, but still prefer the lower unit as I think it would be better to have a room on ground floor for old folks.
Just place booking for lower, 5k. Quite excited now. Later will have to contact panel banker which are HongLeong, Maybank, RHB

upper floor is 2200 sqft, more space, but still prefer lower unit, coz less than 400k, budget constraint. BTW, I went there again today, seems like they've open phase 2 for sale, price increase at least 10k, omg.Excited excited!

Ha ha, actually I like the location and environment.
I would buy if I got the money but already
invested in bukit raja, so damn. Buy fast since they didn't
advertise a lot.

I also didn't know they launched until saw this post. Bukit raja also coming up, but
it's on freehold land, however sierra 16 would be nearer to kl.
Too bad double storey in Sierra 16 all gone. Not many double storey now, except
I heard in Sg long by tropicana next quarter
