Oil price down. O&G company scale down. Office glut at klcc area.

There is alot of office space available for rent in KL City area. However all the recently completed new grade-A offices have not had any issue at all to get tenants. The oversupply only exist in the older office buildings which have not done any upgrading and therefore have problems attracting tenants.

And end of the day, Summer Suites is not targeted at Oil & Gas companies anyway.

Supply more thn demand klcc area. Klcc better location. Can forsee intense competition for tenant. Good luck.

company definitely runaway because of poor access road. Look further, think further.

First of all i think summer suites not positioned to be corporate office. Most like for sme, support and service industry.

The access can be just one way however judging from binjai8 it seems none complain about the access. For end users, the close proximity to lrt and monorail can be huge bonus for those not intend to drive.

summer suite/VOS targeted to attract some of the old office building tenant such as megan avenue . the small size provide tenant affordable rental and premium address at KL for biz. tenant will look for new building with new design to attract crowds . nowaday customer quite selective toward new things . just like new mall always attract crowd visit_. again hopefully uem sunrise attract good tenant for the retail lot at ground to ensure thesuccess of this project .

possible if cant rent as office while waiting for another year to sell so that no need to payRGPT.anyway the property design is for dual usage office also can residential also no problem.

Developer give free aircon, kitchen cab c/w hood, hob and fridge... And ensuite bathroom...

In the same time they tell you the unit is strictly for opis usage... Which one u trust? Their words or action?

this concept best suit for gen-y. nowaday we are in technology century, as long as you have smart phone on hand you can work anyway. even can work fr home or when you sleep. pay single rental for dual purpose stay+office . why not.. rclxms.gif

summer owners should target these group
