albnok how do you choose auto iso in manual mode?
*
i don't think you can't. this is one of the complains for sony cameras. nikon ones can set auto and then limit the iso range as well. correct me if ayam wrong.

guys, how to use analog dry box? hardly to get correct reading..
need to open 24hours or can shutdown if reach the safe range?
*
first..set to the power to a random reading...and then leave it CLOSED for 24 hours...then adjust to meter again lo until u see the humidity is stable...nope...leave the power on forever...if not it defeats the purpose...won't take much power la dun worry...

i'm not worry about power.. the meter keep dropping..
adjust the little it's hike than drop or hiking accordingly.. so not sure to turn the knob..

now i leave the power off it remain 46% for several hours..
*
did you just buy your dry box? you need to let the humidity to stabilise...after awhile it should be ok...now keep raining...need adjust again... laugh.gif

the thing is, the controller is inside the box.. if to adjust need to open it..
still off it and around 44%...
*
are you using the AIPO dry box? same like mine...u turn the left is make it more humid, turn to the right less humid lo.

wait for 24 hours ma...dun need worry la...fungus won't grow overnight one... laugh.gif

saw this cat outside the shops of my house....then immediately ran back home to take his pic.. he/she was quite co-operative though..allowing me to take a few shots while still continue sleeping.. tongue.gif

however the black fur of the cat totally screwed up my metering in aperture priority mode...the camera thought it was shooting a very dark scene and then using a slow shutter. had to rely on manual mode for this and some tweaking in photoshop. laugh.gif

my cousin wanna ask.... which is a better lens for portrait, being that we are on budget?

85mm f2.8 or sp90 or 50mm f1.8 or 35mm f1.8??

we are on crop sensor only - A550
*
if just strictly portrait....the 50mm f1.8 does a good job.... laugh.gif but it might be a bit tight if you do not have enough space...
