visited the Sony Center at Atria Mall , they have friendly & chatty sales person
was in rush before kena back to hotel to check out, so only get to test the sal35 f1.8 , sal 85 f2.8 , CZ24 F2 and SAL135 f2.8 (T4.5) STF woot if money was no problem for me i'd take the sal35 1.8 and cz24 f2. the sal85mm f2.8 is not to say the best but fairly good for its price. the STF is very naisss but MF a 135mm lens is really hard. my hands damn shaky some spam pics: from SAL 135 f2.8 (T4.5) STF ![]() somemore » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « from SAL 35 f1.8 ![]() somemore » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « from SAL 85 f2.8 This post has been edited by mastering89: Dec 19 2010, 05:43 PM |

zstan : STF rocks. but test indoors and 5minute play i cant say much.
evilhomura89 : your pic is abit underexposed and abit too saturated (the road looks purplish) fansoption : your KLIMS shots taken with SP90 eyh?? perfect10 : u need ask him/her (your cousin) which focal length he prefers. and does he do macro shots . light paint + stop motion OMG this people are nuts!!! light painting is alredy hard they make a stop motion with it try look at behind the scene vid (thats for 1 shot) http://www.youtube.com/watch?annotation_id...jLxs&feature=iv This post has been edited by mastering89: Dec 20 2010, 01:29 PM |

QUOTE(zstan @ Dec 23 2010, 09:29 AM) the extra extra functions like HDR/sweep panorama/multi frame noise reduction is just extra functions, some non-alpha user even say gimmicks to attract market. extra functions like that makes life easier but still cant beat the power of RAW images and manipulation (photoshop) |

QUOTE(zstan @ Dec 23 2010, 11:30 AM) IMO these functions will really add a lot into my photography and save time for me in post production. don say abuse la, say utilize but sometimes even with the HDR function u still wont get the output u want, there is when photoshop comes in QUOTE(evilhomura89 @ Dec 23 2010, 11:31 AM) didn't use CPL to reduce the reflection? i didnt notice the light thingy until after post process. see the oliginal pic, cant see much of the reflection. also i didnt bring it wiv me that time Added on December 23, 2010, 11:32 am i guess it depends on what you want some people focus entirely on composition alone that they have no choice but to use auto mode esp when timing is crucial, if you miss it, that's it, all gone case |

amboi the combo new year + CnY resolution eh
congrats last 2 week i go outing shoot macro, and one person using 70200 f2.8 with TCx1.4 . with that he could do macro shots/video (using a33/a55 i cant remember). So my Q here, does TC reduces MFD also by the x1.4/x2.0 ?? or just becoz he could get if add on TC, there's limitation to what aperture can use??? zstan : then the SAL500 f8 donut or that Samyang 1600mm at alphanatics could do nice macro too
Codyx : u tekan itu 'Fn' then choose the 'AF Area' , the Wide is for multi focussing. 2nd is mid point, 3rd is local af point. |

evilhomura89 : i like the first one better. the 2nd one is overhighlighted (dunno the correct term)
long time no spam piccas Snap few sec shutter at ulu yam river (dunno the name of the place) don have nd8/cpl at that time so have to set to min aperture (f22) , so near all pic no sharp no more also most pics come out bland(color) , even if set to vivid . edited version ![]() » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
