Why should any of us customers have to be bear any negative effects of TM's overselling and general incompetence? We probably should be talking about getting TM to pay us compensation

I signed up for an unlimited service. I did not sign up for some BS fair usage policy to be tacked on at a later date.

So I guess that is a "hell, no!" for me then.

And how is it our fault that we are to be punished for it? TM did not fulfill their part of the deal and now they are changing it. Frankly I am surprised that there is not more outrage about this.

if 25 gigabytes per month seems like a lot then they fail at math. That works out to a constant speed of about 10kB/s...

QUOTE(Tentris @ Dec 18 2010, 03:28 PM)
Who ask you to leave your connection on 24/7?

And even if you do or you WANT to, the service has to cater for the largest common user, not for you or people like you, who their reports tell them make up the minority of their customers.

Try running a business catering just for the minority. You'll go out of business really fast.

No, the way such businesses are run is that the 90% users who barely uses the service subsidize the 1% who do use it to its fullest. That is the way it is.

Why is TM upgrading their international bandwidth not even discussed?
