QUOTE(andrew9292 @ Dec 18 2010, 02:35 AM) Go ahead, Then we will go back to these days: If tm knows who are the morons who download 1TB a day, why don't they just disconnect their line instead of putting this ridiculous cap on everyone and making casual internet users suffer?http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...xtreme+Streamyx http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...xtreme+Streamyx http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=1040300&hl= http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=990708&hl= Extreme Streamyx slowdown V6, 5, 4, 3 ... where there is even packet loss to local links... where even webpages will not load...where latencies spike as high as 1000ms. Where downloads crawl as low as 0.5kBps... |

QUOTE(Hisyamudin @ Dec 20 2010, 10:18 AM) Wow... sharing a 70-100GBps with 1.8 million users is great idea... And they blame us for that? Oh yeah, singtel got how much bandwidth? SingTel probably got 100 times more bandwidth then tmnut and they are living on an island. Malaysia shame or not? This post has been edited by nwk: Dec 20 2010, 10:22 AM |

QUOTE(biatche @ Dec 20 2010, 03:25 PM) I can't believe some people here are willing to pay RM2 / gb. Ridiculous. Good, make TM richer than they already are. People are still willing to put $ into con artist pockets. I believe the price of 10 sen / GB is more then fair. RM2 / GB is daylight robbery! This post has been edited by nwk: Dec 20 2010, 03:31 PM |

QUOTE(SkullNBones @ Dec 20 2010, 03:46 PM) Ni, firstly you have to telan their statistik with a pinch of salt. If setakat 1% of its customer base is the real cause of their problems. the problem with tm is they are not sincere and have no shame. so what you gonna do? sue them?Don't you think TM would have taken action a long time ago? That is too easy to fix. It is just a smokescreen to make what they intend to do more palatable. And (from the first page) why are they still talking about P2P? TM have already made torrenting and the like unusable with their new USD3Mil+ toy a few months back. Tahniah! Turn cyberlockers, VPN tunnelers pulak kan? And please be sincere when and if you say want engage the community. If you want to release the slides into the wild, make it readable lah. Those slides macam taken from hidden cam and released ala Wikileaks. Tak malu ke? |

QUOTE(titarium @ Dec 24 2010, 01:23 PM) I still don't see why we can't pay at current rate and have a better bandwidth compare to our neighbours Why? The answer is TM is controlled by corrupt cronies who use the money the government gives them to fill their own pockets. This post has been edited by nwk: Dec 24 2010, 03:17 PM |
