they should improve their available bandwidth instead of capping everyone using FUP as an pathetic excuse. they charge us with ridiculously high fees yet unable to give us the service they promised. and when we started to complain, they use FUP as a shield to cover their butts.... wat a shame

srsly i would love to switch over to another ISP, but there aint any choice for my area... streamyx is the only landline based ISP here.. wireless solutions wont do since im a gamer and latency matters alot.
lol its obvious tat streamyx sucks but so many of us are still using it. so wat do we do next? |

TM should NOT cap anyone with watever reason. we sign up for a stated speed at (maybe) a stated quota. so its TM's job to ensure we get wat we signed up for. n lets say if we hv maxed out our quota then do wat maxis broadband do, lower our speed. now TAT's acceptable. wat TM is now doing is capping EVERYONE so that they can cater more people with their mediocre bandwidth.
the correct way to solve all these problems is actually to UPGRADE their equipments or watever technical stuff they have to increase the available bandwidth and improve connectivity instead of crying about users being abusive n bla bla bla nonsense. they charge us with so high a fee yet cutting corners all these years, surely they hv stashes of cash lying around that would be ENOUGH to upgrade their stuff. conclusion, STOP accusing users to be abusive and IMPROVE available bandwidth instead |
