I'm not sure if you all people ... living under the two tall pointing sticks... aware that the definition of "Broadband Internet" had changed since July 2010 by The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) ? Internet speed with 200 Kilo bit per second (200 Kbps) is no longer called broadband anymore. FCC officially announced 4 Mega bit per second (4 Mbps) downstream and 1 Mega bit per second (1 Mbps) upstream is now the minimum speed to be called "Broadband Internet"

And you people here still having so much trouble to keep up with .... 1 Mbps? the outdated technologies? for so many years still no real solution for home user? Maybe your government think majority of you do not deserve to enjoy quality modern life. With this changed, your ISP need to redefine the definition of Broadband in their Fair Usage Policy. All advertisement with broadband speed less than 4 Mbps are now "unofficial" .. or false advertisement.
