I bought a box of items from US and now it is hold by custom. If not wrong I should have go KLIA to get my items.
I am curious on the words written in red. Do I need to get permit (not sure what permit) from "Kementerian Keselamatan Dlam Negeri" located at Putrajaya?

First of all, you have to tell us what's in the package.
That's the only way for us to help you in this case.

It's still considered as weapon.
Just go to the Kementerian Keselamatan Dalam Negeri & deal with them directly to get the permit.

My friend once bought paintball guns from US, also seized by customs. According to him he needs to pay some amount in order to get it back.

It doesn't matter. When it resembles a gun, then it is considered as weapon.

that would get u alott of more than trouble than you expected. better dont. if you're importing only one for yourself that probably fine -- but still the risk is there.

from my experience, they either ways ask you to pay sirim/permit for AP phone cost Rm3xx EACH phone or in worse, they steal it, i've imported 2 iphone 4, got only 1. they steal one from me, but nothing you can do as they wont listening.
