went there for int b4, the test quite hard..@@

was told that the workload quite stressfull..btw, what position you appliying?

my fren is working there, she did submitted her tender tho..

workloads is one thing, they not even pay OT if its not after 9pm..

but the environment, staff n are not that hostile actually..

That place turnover very high. Work long hours, stress, demanding bank customers etc. But I think in terms of financial, they are quite strong, and got many overseas customers.

anyone know what the test about during interview session ?

got about 20 aptitude test question which is quite difficult to score. i scored less than 10 only. got sql test and simple function coding test.

i have been there for interview before. was interviewed by a guy few weeks ago. max something i frgot. the way he introduced eprotea background and current on-going projects is very impressive. the system that eprotea developed is mostly banking and finance system. got stuff like cheque and corebanking also. got chance to travel also for oversea assignments which i really like. can earn extra money

too bad they took long time to respond to me. i already accepted another offer. i waited more than 2 weeks then only they informed me that i was hired. too late already -.-

I`m ex employee over there, mean one guy interview you, i think you are correct, is max. Problem over there, they ask us to work OT until late plus you will get pay OT but you need work until 9 pm. I have resign from this company almost one year. Now working other company.

Life is indeed tough in eProtea. U have to endure long working hours. I used to work then quit. Cannot tahan lor. Plus the HR very lousy. They are surviving bcoz their client is Bank Negara And they treat u like schoolkids. However, the staff NOT the boss are nice ppl.
