How does this work??

For mobile phones maybe but for land lines where you have to press the numbers, how will the telco know if it's an 8 or 7 digit phone number??

What if you have a short pause before pressing in the button for the 8th digit? Will the telco register it as a 7 digit phone number??

only 011 prefix has 8 digits... other prefix (012,013 etc) means it's 7 digits.

Yea, I re-read it and the prefix "011" are the numbers that indicate that it'll be an 8 digit number.
