I also got mine from AmBank but I collected the unit myself from the agent in IOI Boulevard Puchong. Was advised to check the phone thoroughly before signing the acceptance papers by the office staff who were very helpful.just received the phone from Ambank.

I must say this is one solidly built phone I ever owned other than my previous mobile phones of the 80s period
So far I have not encountered any problems which you currently have
The downside are the restrictions of transferring of files and contact data by bluetooth. Hope the next update will resolve this limitation which is inconvenient. Data should be easily be transferable on the go rather than going through a desktop software. Why would Microsoft follow iDevices? That I don't understand. They have been a trend setter all this while from the days of Windows CE.
Other than that I have no complaints...
