hi guys. i fail to unlock my mozart.

i had go through all the instruction bu still cant get my mozart pass the "uh oh" error. (he one say cant conect to phone please check usb cable and zune)

i am on 7004 and the unlocker able to detect i am pin lock if i am not sitting on the start menu of mozart.

doesnt this means it can detect my mozarT? but still why when i click unlock it says uh oh?

anyone can guide me some?

few days back manage to unlock. now cant dy.... really make me sick of it. perhaps i should look for the service.

there are some small step u have to follow.

1st. ur time must not in auto set. set it manually.
2nd. not sure region is important but i make sure all is in english united state n united state.
3rd. please install zune with the "102/103mb" version in offline mode(not connected to internet). google zunepackage-x86 102mb then u will get ur installer.
4th. please make sure u install the cert. my experience, i downloaded two cert from two different place. only one can get me unlock but not the other. if u fail to unlock please try another cert.

yes u still need to follow the major steps like free up https, install .netframework 4.0( what evilpuppy mentioned)
