Managed to get the NoDo update using the workaround on my Maxis HD7. Finally!!!

Overall very happy with the copy and paste feature, faster loading times for apps especially games and I noticed my HD7 is louder, volume wise.

WP7 does not allow synching with MS Outlook through USB cable to yuor PC. It must be done through MS Exchange. Hence, not possible for home users to sync anything on Outlook on your local PC.

Alternatively, you can do it through Windows Live and/or Google Mail but this is also done through the internet.
