Hi guys, having a bit of problem with my HTC Mozart.

I dunno since when it started, but I am unable to sync my email. Everytime i try to sync an Error code:8600108 comes out. I tried to google a fix but couldn't understand it myself. Not very techy with mobile phones for the moment.

Does anyone know how to get this fixed and possibly help out with a bit of a step by step method? Thanks.

try to slim down your mailbox. hopefully below 50. delete it from inbox and trash bin as well.

you sync ya email using wifi or data connection? both connection face the same error msg when u sync?

what kinda email? exchange or webmail?

if u connect to wifi, are your connection behind a firewall? you are using wifi connection from home or office?

I normally use my data connection which is the Digi service. Used my own wireless at home if theres a bad connection but when I'm outside its usually the Digi service. Both conenction also can't get it sync.

Email is from Hotmail. Dunno what u mean by exchange but it should be webmail. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Wifi at home have a preset firewall on it. Didn't change any settings on it but I think better if we could get this fixed for data connection 1st.

is this hotmail your main account? if not can you delete the account and add back again?

yup, debit card can too just make sure your debit card register for secure online shopping.

How to Buy Using your debit cards
1. login to your live account, Edit your Contact info then asign your country region to Singapore and Save.
2. login to your www.livexbox.com, Go to MyXbox > Manage Payment Options > Add New Credit Cards
Enter your Cards Holder Name
Address - Local Address where you apply for your debit card account, only change your postal code to singapore ex. 640936
Add your Debit Card Number and 3Digit Security Code.
and Hit Save.

3. Go to your marketplace buy apps.

each device are tied with your own live ID so applications cannot share, you have to purchase with your own live id.

Currently yeah, its my main. Havn't really tried to delete and add it back. Maybe I'll give it a go and see what happens.

if that's your main. U can't remove it. All u can do is select un-sync email. Then sync the whole acc again. If still happen. I strongly suspect 1 or few of your contact have problem.

if contacts have problem. Export it out as CSV format and check it 1 by 1.

after that delete all your contacts in hotmail. Then import the good copy of CSV files back to your contact.

i cannot apply debit card on my xbox account..it says:

Please enter a valid credit card number

Is there a link to show step by step method to do this? No experience to troubleshoot this.

nope.. there is no link to guide you thru this. this is all base on my experiences which i manage to fix my wife's hotmail contact in her mozart and my HD7 as well.

afraid this is the only way you can do it.

but again. if you un-sync your email the error code doesnt appear. it mean that not the problem on your contact. its the email in your mail which caused the error.

advise you delete all email and sync back.

Oh, if thats the case, do you think it will be a bother if u could help guide me through it? How to un-sync it and also to export it out? Dun have any friends around my area who are using Wp7.

have an omnia 7 is htere a GPS app like tom tom or garmin?

the only way i did for friend of mine at NZ was thru Live messenger remote desktop. but again... i am working now... and might take some delay. so better make sure u are free for the next 2-4 hrs.

Ok I cleared a bit of my mail on the web base Hotmail. Suddenly I received some mails. Let me try to clean up my account more. Will let u know how it is next time. Thanks lots for the advices.
