Windows 7 is basically Windows Vista in disguise. Just follow the same steps. It will ALWAYS stuck on 98%, so what you need to do is, connect your Xbox to VPN again and finish the remaining 2% and you're done.

Or if you don't want it to get stuck, and get a feeling of being a 'noble', get PAID VPN of whichever country you registered your account to and download the DLC from the start using VPN. It'll be much faster and less hassles. If you're on US account and VPN, you can get other free XBLA games (like Aegis Wing) while you're at it.

If you're going to play Horde, I advise you to go and play from Wave 1 all the way to Wave 50, so everyone that playing that night get achievement. It'll be pointless to play Horde again and again and again without finishing all the Waves.

No need to go there and actually guard the button, just make sure to shoot Locusts trying to deactivate the laser. If they manage to, what to do? Just hold down until the laser reactivate automatically. If one guy go there, sure get killed very fast

that playing 6 hours straight...my unit sure 3rrod punya...last nite its 3rrod again, need to overheat for 5 minute and its back on action again.

everything went wrong.
