How about the monthly winner if we want to do this ? Where to get the money

Rm10 monthly will only scare ppl off from monthly competition... Those who aren't competitive enough will opt not to play for monthly...

My suggestion would be Rm50 for the whole season and then allocate something like 20-30% of them for monthly awards...

In reality, clubs and players targets are season based, almost none of them play because they aim for the monthly awards, so the monthly awards should be more of offsetting (partially/fully) the participation fee you paid at the start of the season..

Also, high participation fees will prohibit those who're still studying from entering...

hey luke maybe you have point here but i think monthly competition rm10.00 should be open to anyone IF they are interested to joined anyway just in case the same person getting prize most of time then sooner or later it will die off too

with rm50 fee/person and maybe to reserve (30%) for monthly, i would say it will be depending How Many Participants Joined IN........ example if we have (30 persons) x rm50 = rm1500, then take out (30% = rm450) then winner will be getting rm50 each month ok laaah so balance rm1050 will be allocated for season competition for 1st - 3rd placing with (50%, 30% and 20%) therefore winner will be getting (rm525, rm315 and rm210) respectively, it seem that to be working in this scenario

as much the hype will be, there arent many people who knows the existing of this league anyway. hence i dont think we can reach 1k in total pooling money. but itll be great if it does happen. more competitive and more reason to hang on to our hopeless 1 pointer captain pick lol.

i think manager of the month can be done with rm10 per person and points only matters for that month, and of course urmo e entitle to not participate in it if u dont have the confidence. totally optional so... it wont interfere with the season basis league.

for this i will make two different leagues. 1 is the seasonal league and the other 1 changes everymonth. so we have to reenter a new league everymonth ( to ensure those who are in it or isnt.) monthly registration will close before the 1st week match started.

i think this definetely could be done. well.. theres 2 months to go so... keep em coming guys!

Then we shd imply a rule that a manager can only win a maximum of two monthly prize per season. The prize will pass down to the runner-up (and so forth) should the manager of the month wins for third time.

1) very troublesome to manage. Imagine you're gonna confirm the participants every month.
2) monthly participation is expected to become lesser and lesser as the season progresses. Those who are undergoing a bad season might not even want to bother with their fantasy squads after all.

As far as I am concerned, making two separate leagues will make it tedious to monitor and manage. And there might also be some newcomer who registers in the middle of the season, and use all his wildcards in that month just for the sake of maximising monthly score and winning the monthly prize. A single money league will not pose that kind of problem.

again it come down to participation level, if less # of teams the funds will may NOT sufficient for season league anyway just wait what is outcome before we can decide further

we are going for rm 20.00 or rm30.00 or rm50.00 this time, we can decide on this right

assume we have <20 teams then probably to scrap the idea of having monthly prize UNLESS most will agree on rm50.00 fees, on top of that for prize manager of the month, i think at least (rm30.00 ~ rm50.00) so what do you all think about this ???

RM50 one off charge is pretty reasonable. In terms of participation, we can always ask our friends to join rite? I think this year we can at least hit 30 ppl.

Why dun you guys add the RM10 into RM50 and at the end of the season, award it to the most expensive team. At least, something to fight for when top 3 is out of reach.

i agree that there should only be 1 time fees collection and everyone who paid are entitled to the monthly prize. Remember the monthly prize is a bonus...and there is no reason why those who had paid the initial fee would object to it.

The question is how to allocate the monthly prize. I suggest rm1 per player per month (from the initial fee) is credited to the monthly winner each month. There are 10 months in a season. Assuming the initial fee is rm50, rm10 will be allocated for the monthly prizes and the remaining rm40 wil be distributed for the overall season winners.

Based on the example above of rm1/player for the monthly fees...and assuming there are 20 players..then the monthly prize would be rm20..if there are 40 players then the monthly prize would be rm40...very clean and easy.

hence, the initial/ entry fees should be around RM 50 or 60. that would make our whole season efforts worthwhile.

btw teong im entering ur personal private league as well. am currently already in 3 personal league excluding LYN league hehe.

if u want...i can ask my friend. the fees is rm400, they pay for weekly and monthly and top 5.

but i am not responsible for the money ok...if the fella run away...we both have to tanggung sendiri wan ok.
