thanks again for you generous sharing!! notworthy.gif
today, i sold all my muhibah to average down more mudajya at 1.80. i like its net cash gearing position.

1. when everyone so scare of high-end properties market bubble, you not scare? still buy mahsing? (in fact, i'm also planing to buy!)
2. you are not worry on red chips? i mean, some of their valuations in KLCI is at 1-2x now! ya, talking about sozo. i did like this one, and i bought at 0.6x and sold all at 0.8x last time. and now, it is getting yummy again!... brows.gif
3. i love coastal, but no move yet. i am still monitoring it closely. drool.gif

btw, your mbsb begins meaningful drop today. first i thought sop too, but it rebounded at last.

yok70 I'm holding alot of mudajya too. waiting for this month salary to sailang more into it's current price. ><

But what's ur opinion on it's leadership change though?
Personally i feel that.. generally leadership isn't that big a deal in a company that big, what more the dude is staying back as chairman..
*
I don't have any insider news regarding the new leader. Just read from OSK paper that they thought it's not a big deal. Lets hope it's really OK! biggrin.gif

your buy move seems perfect timing and so far so good. bravo! thumbup.gif
did you take partial profit yet?

regarding when will market pull back, i really rclxub.gif
jupiter expects 1300 soon, rhb downgrade year end target to 11xx and next year to 13xx. rclxub.gif
when bull market, everyone bull bull. when bear market, bear bear. rclxub.gif
while rhbcap so very bearish on banking sector, they wants to buy osk. rclxub.gif
when all IBs so very bearish on properties stocks, Sime wanna buy E&O with 57% premium, and PNB wanna buy Spsetia. rclxub.gif
this is why rich gets richer, poor gets poorer. yawn.gif

i'm in 15% cash now after sold off all my spsetia today. laugh.gif
