Yeah just bought my new honor pvp trinket today.. Can't wait to go back and crack some horde skulls . Anyone excited about pvp?

you bought the medalion? i haven't reach 85 and yet to get any socket gears (except for 1 healing relic and 1 tanking relic drop from pugs... i have no luck on rolling all plate dps gears )

but seeing resilience rating gotten buffed before cata launched (tried killing a holy pally on resil gears? it like 50%... 40%... 30%... wait 100% WATAFAK?!) and arena gears are usually outta reach... i was thinking of putting some priority changes on what gemz to place in those empty sockets when i'm 85 and pve gears are available...

pve gears may look crappy and doesn't emphasize much on survival (cuz pve relied heavily on tanks and healers) but still viable for pvp use (to some extent laaaa, who would be stupid enuf to spec pve talent but wear pvp gears??? oh wait i forgot about thaurissan...)

Yeah Instant, bought the medallion of the allies. I needed that upgraded first because i was using a crappy old one.. (did not bother to waste my honor with 1 month till cata realease ). Anyway yeah.. And in regards to gear.. bro.. you can use your basic pve gear and some crafted pvp gear.. should be fine..because everyone is still basically starting up.. Its new stuff. I will just be getting maybe 1 or 2 more blue honor pvp gear before i start arena.. (where i will die to feral druids and prot/holy pallies )

they nerf holy paladin yesterday.

I think its quite fair.. basically on barhilas (bloodlust) horde wins because of brute force..and allies win because of healing..)

yes, those annoying warlocks... always getting their fel guards and dots then take you for some walk around the area...

look on the bright side: priest has pw:shield (way annoying than mages' ice shield...) and you can virtually remove debuffs... paladins on the other hand has shield that last only 10 secs... and the cleanse... the lolcleanse is virtually useless in removing certain dots and debuffs

for those pve/pvp blues, i'd probably get full resil, str/resil, stam/resil or str/stam gems for those non-red sockets. some might argue that getting what you need to do best is the most important (in our case, int for ur priest and str for me paladin) but they fail to realize that in pvp situation staying alive is the most crucial and most vital part (another would be getting the terrain advantage during fights) than to dps the hell outta people because healers ain't always around when needed (or in some odd cases, you just managed to pissed them off).

i trust in words whut some great paladin once written, 'stamina haz no diminishing returns...'

Lol, lazer chickens are still ok... warlocks need to kena a small nerf to their fell guard or something.. if not I can take pretty much all classes, but i need to blow my cd's quick.. Basically an example is to stun lock certain classes with fear, silence and fear again and = dead player...

One thing for certain.. its not fair that they took of wings/bubble/lay of lame of the gcd.... thats why when i fight ret pallies one on one.. they win.. cause of lay of lame...

do you use mana burn? try and time the burn because paladin still cannot survive long when there's least mana to cast any heals/judgements

if your playing shadow priest, shift outta shadow form to heal frequently, paladins survival are frequent healing. i heal sometimes when my hp is below 80% not because i like overhealing myself but to buffer any extra damage

It used to be easy before to heal as a shadow priest againts anyone.. Now if i do so.. I go oom.. I dont use mana burn anymore.. as a shadow priest at this moment.. i think my mana will get burnt in the process, but I will try it out now. It might be good to do so againts a healer..but againts a ret.. by doing so.. i might just die even quicker as they pump out massive damage...

oh my, never noticed such drastic changes are done to priest...

Actually Instant.. i am not sure about others.. but most of the hybrids who choose dps specs (pvp specs) will omm fast. Healing is not the same as how it was during WOTLK.. basically it means that you become more of a pureclass rather then a hybrid . I can heal.. but after a while.. oom like mad...

Alliance wins tol Barad most of the time on my server now... Payback for getting WG once a month for the past 2 years ?! f00kn warriors are like rogues with 2h now... and feral druids, wow it seems like the team with the most feral druids in a bg is likely to win

HORDE dont care much bout healing..most of them love to ZERG.GUERILLA WARFARE

Yeah 10k bleeds= no joke.. but ferals are still not played much in comparison to other classes... so far my encounter with rogues is more when compared to ferals.

The thing about WG is that, if you're outnumbered you're toast. Even with the handicap on. On Barthilas, alliance probably wins like 3 WGs per week LOL. But they did try to even things out just before Cata's launch and allies been winning since then lol.
