Looking for nanny

Area - Penang Island
8 mths old baby boy and 4 year old boy
Monday to Friday working hours can discuss but at least 3 hours each day max would be 8 am till 7 pm I work from home so I'm very flexible I just need some peace and quiet to work (the 4 year old goes to school in the morning I can drive him myself).
Language - Mandarin and or English
