it it ready?. i tried to log-on from tapatalk but it gives error "fail to connect"

NO unfortunately. The forum upgrade has been sitting on back burner since forever. If the next time you view this forum and it's still using the current old theme and you don't see any change in the facelift, there's high chance is the upgrade hasn't taken place
