For those who had just got IPad recently, you can request for partial refund of the price drop. Call 1800-806-419 to do so.

According to the Terms and Conditions (http://store.apple.com/Catalog/Singapore/I...espolicies.html):

9.2 Should Apple reduce its price on any product you have purchased (except promotional / special / discount / refurbished products) within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, you may contact the Apple Store Order Management team on 1800-806-419 to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit you must contact Apple within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods.
