hi, can i use watsapp and viper in ipad wifi model?

sorry for asking this question,can anyone please tell me how much is ipad 2 16gb/wifi price in lowyat plaza.
thinking whether to buy at the plaza or from any authorized dealer.

Brought my iPad to the Machines Service Centre at their Northpoint Mid-Valley office today. It will take about 7 - 14 working days to get the home button fixed. According to the technician, most probably Apple will replace with another iPad unit (not too sure whether this is going to be a brand new or refurbished unit). The sad thing is Apple will not replace my screen protector (yes, I still have to fork out RM 100 ++ for a new screen protector ) And if I want to have my new/refurbished iPad engraved, I have to wait for a month. So I opted for a unit without engraving. On the bright side, you can  choose to pick-up your fixed unit at any Machines Outlet. 

Apparently another guy who dropped-off his iPad for repair also had the same problem as mine. Looks like this is quite a common problem.
