few weeks ago i bought an ipad wifi 16gb,
im using 3G router to made a wifi hotspot.
i connect with my laptop and ipad.
my internet connection for laptop connect well,
but connection for ipad frequently lost.
what i can do is re connect every time.
another rubbish by Apple.

DO NOT buy an iPad or MacBook pro now. It's too late to get it now.

MacBook are going to have new refresh in this few weeks time while iPad is only a couple of months away.

Just wait for it.

Means we can store all in the itunes then choose which to put inside the ipad?

Even apple online does not sell it.

I've become very interested in tablet lately. Never owned any Apple product so iPad 2 might be the first one for me to own.

But got a few question about iPad:
1. Can it play the normal divx/xvid/wmv/avi files?
2. If so, can I play these files from an external memory (usb, ext. hdd)
3. Youtube is important, but I read iPad doesn't support Flash.
4. How well does the iPad do as a device that surf webpage?
5. You think I might have to wait around 9 months for the iPad 2 to hit Msia?

i might consider in both ipad
ipad:
-cheap
-stock in, can get it anytime.
-jailbr**k allowed
cons- no camera, no imovie? heavy(just a bit for me) speed slower
(wondering how fast actually can it goes)
ipad 2:
-camera (what i want for imovie and facetime)
-speed (they prove that is faster than ipad for 9x)
-New (of coz this is not an important issue)
-thinner, lighter
cons- bad video camera on backside? (wanna try out), expensive, not sure when can we jailbr**k it (if only can or want)
-smart cover (oh that just too nice to me)
Same spec- same display system, same port support, same memory.
Diff- diff processor, camera added, thinner, lighter, what else?
*color choice is one of main reason too.

which to get? i wish i can get both wtf..

btw just another question, does hdmi supported? and want to know does movie allowed for transfer from ip4 to ipad using bluetooth?

if you need money some day, just sell your collection and u might get back more than[U] you hav paid for them, provided u take good care of them cause some one out there will be willing to buy a well kept ipad tat is no more selling in shops

i mentioned "you might" meaning maybe, but if its well kept, and some collector is willing to buy, who knoes...........because by then Ipad1 is no mote in production and maybe ipad2  suks and ipad3 have smaller screen, then ppl will go for the ipad1 by then............

tell me sincerely, do u like the ipad1 now? if u compare ipad1 to the Galaxy Tab, ipad1 beats it in terms of screen size

It is a software which allow your ipad to be charge through USB ports.

it's free to use.

usually, if you connect the usb into the notebk usb port, it wont charge the ipad

even when i connect it into my Dell desktop front usb, it too wont charge BUT when i connect it to the back ( CPU back usb port) it charge
usually Desktop back usb port provide more power,

the most recommendable way of charging is via 10W wall plug, remember not less than 10W cause it will degrade the battery if u use a lower wattage wall plug
