How tethering ipad frm iphone 4, i just on b' tooth on both device also on tethering on my iphone but my iphone not detect my ipad b'tooth, any solution frm uolls..

My iphone 4 using 4.2.1, didn't update 2 4.3.3 c'ze afraid of drainage batery...
