i guess your ipad has problem, please claim for warranty or exchange a new one if possible.

I'm using the same thing as yours.
3G router, connected to my laptop, mobile phone and iPad. Works flawlessly until today.
Your unit has issues doesn't mean it is rubbish.
By all means, sell off your iPad then.

try reformat a memory card and try again
btw, i dun hav a card reader tat i can test wif my ipad, try to pm fruitie as she hav a ipad+card reader, btw is your reader ori or compatible?

I do have the problem on an off, could be the third party stuff. Are you using the ori one? Mine is the third party.

I'm using ori camera connection kit. So far touch wood using SD card or USB connection.

To play safe, just sleep your ipad, put the connection kit ... wait a while and open back .... the photo app will open automatically.

before send for warranty I'll restore 1st and continue use for a while to make it looks never jailbreak before
still, another rubbish by Apple.

If it is such a burden to you, I suggest you to not keeping it further.

that's how you use it..not the device fault...maybe your jailbreak make the ipad unstable
i jb-ed my ipad also no problem in wifi.

dun ask me jb stuff for further info later mod come to ban me
i just state my jb-ed ipad still stable.

What a shame if I sell rubbish to somebody else

This issue appears before jailbreak
A lot of apps are cool btw
There would be a better device if without this issue and with some more user friendly stuff

there is no perfect phone, apple did this got reason one, beside their marketing tactic la.
like they doesn't support flash because ram consuming is high...

I only own one Apple product which is the iPad, no issue man.

I'm not a hardcore fan of Apple but at least iPad keeps me accompanied when I'm on move.

i bought ori camera connection kit. sd card reader work fine on it but USB connection not supportted. why is that. i had try using few USB to connect but msg pop up with usb not supportted.

anyone know why is that?

what USB thing u r using ? if more power are required to draw out, then iPad may not about to transfer the data or not supported.

I had the same problem but it happen for a short period of time... Then suddenly everything turns back to normal (my luck I guess)... Heard there is a bug causing the problem but not all affected by it... But I'm happy with mine and always pair it with my huddle - surfing smoothly...
