It's depends on you whether you want to buy from independent dealer or not.But for me, i personally prefer authorised seller because i no need afraid anything at all.
Warranty is One year after you registered thru online. For warraty issue, if you're having dead pixels (4 dead pixels) or serious defect they will exchange you a new one (or maybe refurbished). Correct me if i'm wrong
