hhm, like mine a 32gb iPad 2, when I first switch it on and activate on iTunes, the memory left was only 29gb so I assume iOs took 3gb for the os itself

i think 64gb is not 64gb exactly, might be 64000mb or 64000000kb then divide by 1024 then even without IOS already <64gb

my ipad 2 kinda weird, i DL tons of free apps and sync to ipad, then i organize in the ipad itself (drag them into folder), after i arrange, suddenly all going back to its original situation (all out of the folder).... and my ipad will lag 2-3 sec frequently, anyone met tis problem ?

Well it still runs but the OS is programmed in which whenever you're not "watching" aka switching apps, it will pause the video. It might be troublesome for your situation but in general it saves unnecessary usage on battery.
