Appreciate if you can give an estimated figure. Thank you.

1) Plumbing Works
- to fix the leakage at ground floor bathroom and living hall
- to check leakages at first floor bathroom (master and sharing bathroom)
- to check piping outside of the house
- to check all water outlet whether the flow is alright inclusive the water tank (tangki)

2) Roof Work
- to detect leakages and to replace faulty roof tiles
- to put zinc to prevent future leakages

3) Electrical work
- to check all electrical outlet whether it's functioning well

4) Grille
- to install window grille (4ft x 4ft) x 7 unit
- to install grille at ground floor sliding door (9ft x 7ft) x 1 unit
- to install grille at first floor sliding door (8ft x 7ft) x 1 unit
- to install grille for all bathroom (18inch x 18inch) x 3 unit
- to install grille at kitchen door (3ft x 7ft) x 1 unit
- to install grille for air well (6ft x 2ft) x 1 unit

5) Painting Works
- To supply labour only for paint of all internal wall, ceiling and timber door & to fix all nail holes with putty filla

6) Tiling
- to remove existing parquet at first floor and staircase.
- to supply labour and cement & adhesive for laying tiles and skirting for entire first floor and staircase
- to supply labour for re-tiling and apply waterproof substances at masterbath and sharing bath at 1st floor

7) Door
- to replace door knob at masteroom, 1st bedroom, 2nd room, store room & kitchen door (5 unit)
- to install plastic doors for all bathroom (4 unit)
- to replace door frame lining to metal frame lining at utility room

8) To get rid of the tree outside the house

u need at least 40k for this,btw it depends on ur grille too.are u using alumium ?steel?u need to know the materials too smile.gif

Around 2k (Without Major changes )
