The price range for Oasis Corperate Park will be 500 to 550 psf bt the problem is that the sizes are all very big above 4,000 sf, so we talking about more than 2 mil ringgit per unit. I think this made Oasis Square (formerly known as Oasis AD) which consists of smaller office unit: from 900 sf very tentalizing, at the subsale of 460 I think it will be a good investment

went there weekend, still have quite a lot of flexi suites..
asked the sale person, there is an unit with 513k - cant remember the exact size, but less than 1000sft.
No discount now.

heard that the service suite will launch this year end with indicative price 750psf .... Not sure if the price worth to go or not.

Hi everyone,

Developer getting very smart with number these days. Just found out that Oasis Centum now offered 10% discount but actually they raise the price by 6% from the original price in April. So overall is still more expensive by 2K to 12 K. But I guess that way, more people can get the loan due to the higher purchase price. Not to mention higher stamp duty.

I guess the next wave would be 15% discount increase price by another 7%. What do you think everyone? Any news on Oasis Square. Drove by last week and the famous water fountain still not operational since there is not tennant.

That was what they promised but apparently only SD plantation moved. Other arms decided to stay put in Subang & Jln. TAR.

Mind you SD plantation have very few expat mainly from India even staffers oso very few.

They cannot even half fill Oasis Square after so many months, now want to start another big office development.

I said Wisma Sime Darby - the one in KL lah. Plantation division there is shifting here in stages. All others in Wisma will come as well as the building does not belong to them.

Why rely on expats when the expats today are asking for rentals of 1,500-3,000? THey are the same as locals.

Ara damansara project seen a bit slow compare to others. Just visit Centum still have few unit leave.

Subsale price for O.Square are lower than O.Centum, but located more far away from LRT station compare to Centum location.

Anyone here bought Oasis Square? what do you think if compare to Centum?

Found out Centum sizes are smaller starting from 739sf.

i notice the occupancy next to the Symphony office block is about 50% & the Oasis Ara Damansara office block is about 30%.

I was informed (not sure if it is correct or not) that Sime Darby will occupy most of the office block itself as they are re positioning most of their divisions to Ara Damansara. I also was told that their motoring division will also relocate there (Ford, Porsche showrooms will be built too)

I still see this location as ideal as it is on a booming town, next to LRT, Jap int school, Sime Darby moving in many divisions and HQ's, Citta Mall, schools/colleges/hospital nearby.

Recently there are ls of activities in Ara Damansara, which lots of developers are going to launch in this area, among them are listed Weida, SHC Group, etc. I like this area, but just wonder is that right to invest a Soho or a property service apartment.

Well, bought 1 unit at Medalla...

Visited the site just last week... progress quite fast, structural work reaching level 6 now...

According to their staffs, expected completion in Q3 2015... Very fast....

Now only left biggest units, the 3-bedrooms design (1,400 sq. ft) @ RM 780 psf

Sounds good that the value had increases.... and it should as so many new projects coming in this area...

But no practical meaning at this moment.... Still under-construction.... can't generate income / convert to cash money..... cry.gif cry.gif
