in v5.5 LP is not included right? have to manually install it? btw,which launcher is the best?

guys..noob question here..why when flasing from v5.6 to v6.0, we no need to follow the clean method? becoz imo we gonna change from JPU to JPA...better if we do it with clean install...if just flash v6.0 through CWM from v5.6 will it cause any prob??
