"download crutch lite" - it's an app (.apk) to enable your stock browser to download any file with any extension format. Google it!

You can try download the odin version.. then flash it with an app called 'tuxility' ... now you can totally flash any Roms and Kernels without PC smile.gif I prefer this way as CWM needs you to reboot into Recovery mode before flashing

Anyway, i've checked my battery history and i oso got '0' like yours, but the 0 'blue bar' not full like yours.. mine only little (25%)
Rom: Darkyy 5.5
Kernel: Speedmod K10K-500hz, ext4 lagfix, all tweaks enabled

No need microSD, if that's what you mean. You can copy the Rom to your sdcard using USB cable or download the file directly using your SGS internet browser

Download n install app called 'Root Explorer'
Using that app, go to /system/app folder
Search for Gmail.apk or any apk you dont want and delete it
but I recommend you to rename the file instead of delete.. who knows you might need the apps back again

And I still need facebook app to direct-upload pics from gallery
