got my SGS flashed to Darky v6 too.. rclxm9.gif
forget to bring my data cable to work, luckily got my N85 sdcard to copy downloaded rom to my sgs.
now on v6 testing phase rclxms.gif

No wonder la this 'bug' is not a problem for me at all. I am using Launcher Pro Plus so Touchwiz restarting or getting killed is no issue - I don't even notice it.

If you can get HTC Sense's ROM to work on your phone, you might get the contact linkages working. smile.gif

But of course, you are stuck with HTC Sense's not so pretty interface as well.

how to enable back the voodoo which was disabled in darky's 6.6? i see some files in the voodoo folder.. so just delete the disable-lagfix?

Yea... who are not using TWLauncher will not notice this, I tried on Zeam and LauncherPro, it won't affect at all, but not for TWLauncher...

But can I ask, if on Touchwiz, not killing Contacts from Task Manager will prevent the issue from happening, yes? Then why not just don't kill Contacts?

I just install the .apk file. It takes unusually longer than other apps to install but it works fine now.

Gotta wait like 3-5 minutes for the installation, just don't switch off the phone.

If you don't kill the contact then it won't affect TWLauncher, guess I should use other launcher or just leave the contact app running....

i remember people in XDA saying this "Contact" wont appear under the old task manager, if updated, it will show, so it might be the task manager's problem? not sure though.. dont use TW. hmm.gif

Yes it won't appear on the old task manager, but in new version it will appear...

I don't think is the task manager problem, because even if the task manager did not list it as active application, but the contact still running because when you enter the contact it already showing you the page you were previously scrolled to
