cant transfer files to internal sd nor playing any music files...

im nt sure if this applies to other advanced voodoo users tho

Applied the battery mod posted in the Darky thread love it, thereafter lost the cool notification layout of freakfingers12. Any idea how to get both in one place, ie need to edit the framework.apk.




Flashed to speedmod, and finally can apply tweak.

i thought its already fixed in Darky's v5.5 ?

Did you backup your framework.apk? if yes just restore.


How's speedmod compare to Voodoo kernel?

no idea dude.. with default lagfix provided by darkyy, works fine..

Voodoo Advanced 5 kernel 1.1 (non-OC) has problems with Darky 5.5. Actually, Darky 5.5 rom works very well with its own kernel, which already has voodoo lagfix.

Both Kernel is fast, but i always prefer Ya-Ok or SpeedMod.

When i flashed to speedmod K10K, in the CWM menu, i am able to apply the ULK features, where lagfix and tweak is in there.
I applied IO and VM

YES, ya-ok is my fav... but for now settle for speedmod 1st.

In my personal review, I dubbed Samsung Galaxy S as the best music player I could ever expect from a mobile phone.

Yesterday I had shocking discovery. The sound quality is good, it could drive high impedance headphones well. But.. When you drive high sensitivity high impedance headphones, you would turn up the volume @ max, that's when the flaw becomes audible. When wifi is on, there are random pops and crackles noticeable. I could hear so much noise when I browse the internet while listening.

I'm not sure if this is kernel related. I will need to restore to stock kernel one day to verify.
