Need help from all the sifus here. I need to find 100" lcd or plasma. Preferably by end of this week. Any ideas anyone?

I'm not even sure if something like this would be stocked by anyone locally. Would probably have to special order in for you.

Anyway, I think Panasonic and Samsung might have such a large size. Have your friend call them up directly to inquire.

That's the room belonging to Fugueness right? He's got a sweet 3x Submersive setup!

Anyway, with the screen in front of the speakers and subs, I always wonder if it will move a lot in the heavy bass scenes from all the air pushed by the subs.

those are Seaton Sound Catalysts - active speakers comes with their own amp each per speaker, like driving every speaker with a mono block amp...

Panny has 85" and 103" commercially available. I have seen the 103" selling at S$100k. Not sure if your friend understands what he is asking for ie power consumption, non-4k resolution, vertical height, etc

Thanks for all the feedbacks. If he were to go the projector route, which model should he buy? My friend wants the best. I've been quoted rm195k for the pana 103". Anything less than that for a projector would be a bargain. So he says. Haih.

From what 've read jvc projectors are among the best. Is DLA-RS15 Full HD D-ILA Front Projector good enough? Saw the specs and it looks quite impressive.

Projector would definitely be much better value for money. For 50k you can get a very good projector and screen combo. Much, much less than 195k for the Panny 103". smile.gif
