Hi All,

I heard that KDK provide fan service (balancing if fan wobble), is that true?

Is it free? I just bought some KDK fans and after the wireman installed, some are wobbling a bit. The wireman dunno what to do and suggested me to call KDK.

Just would like to know if anyone has called KDK before.

yes, they suppose to do it for free. dun worry just ring and they will help u.

Check out the warranty card and call them for an appointment! After 48 hours they'll come to u'r house

oh .. i thought the balancing thing is due to installation's skill ?

Yeap, definitely KDK technicians are better skilled than wireman's when it comes to installing fans. Just wonder why KDK don't provide free installation service, if most of the time need to call them to come for balancing .

I saw some wireman actually install ceiling hook for KDK baby fans .There goes the ceiling!

Where can I buy KDK fan in puchong area ?I went to houz depot and couple of shops but they don't sell it

Not just KDK. TEKA does that too.
Electricians tend to leave the balancing adjustments to the manufacturer. After all, it's the fan's fault when it goes wobbly, installation is merely standard for all fans. I had them come over to adjust 9 fans.

The more fans you have, the quicker their response, I suppose
