hi aaron want to ask you.. i have a bdv e370.. mine can play dvds no problem.. did not try bluray cd yet.. but i have 3d bluray cd.. when i put in 3d bluray cd.. my screen turn green and my player hang.. do you know whats the problem?

edit: thanks.. found out that i have to get the latest firmware and set the resolution to Auto instead of 1080p ty
